Phantom Mobility designs, engineers and manufactures electric bikes, electric scooters, and electric jetboards. Electric bikes are Phantom's largest and deepest product line, spanning folding city commuters to fat-tire adventure models, all built on proprietary motor and battery platforms.

Phantom isn't a rebadged import. Every model is engineered and tested in-house, from battery management to frame geometry, on purpose-built motor, controller and battery platforms rather than off-the-shelf parts with a new sticker.

Phantom is headquartered in Israel and was founded in 2016. In Israel alone, Phantom works with 450+ retail partners and has sold 120,000+ units.

Phantom's international distributor network spans 24 countries: 12 active markets with authorized distributors, 5 more launching on a published timeline, and 7 territories currently open for the right partner.

In Europe, Phantom products carry CE marking and are TUV-tested, meeting EN 15194 (electric bikes), EN 17128 (electric scooters) and UN 38.3 (battery transport) standards. In other regions, Phantom applies this same CE-marked, TUV-tested European baseline as its standard.

The process has four steps: apply, a discovery call, terms and onboarding, then launch. Phantom looks for partners with an existing distribution network, service capability, a marketing commitment, and brand alignment.
