E-bikes sold in the European Union must meet EN 15194, while e-scooters and other personal light electric vehicles fall under EN 17128. Both standards cover motor power, speed limits, braking, electrical safety and battery performance. Every Phantom product distributed in Europe carries CE marking and is independently safety-tested to these standards, with testing certified by TÜV.
